Global IM has an advanced process-oriented organization with 3 main processes: Prepare for Projects and Services, Deliver Projects and Service Operations Tetra Pak Global IM is currently seeking an IT Endpoint Management Analyst to be based in our office in Chakan, India. Reporting to the Service Manager, End User Hardware and OS, the IT Endpoint Management Analyst creates and maintains PC and Macintosh operating system and application configurations for end user desktops, laptops, and workstations following standard policies, procedures, and guidelines. Behaviors & amp amp Attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Business-focused, customer- & amp amp service-minded Flexible to work across time zones and open to new ways of working Results-oriented & amp amp work ethic to always deliver on-time, in-scope and on-budget Able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently & amp amp effectively A good awareness and appreciation of social and cultural differences Open-minded, positive attitude Self-motivated to work independently, eager to learn and pick up new activities and challenges as they arise, as well as acquire new skills Good team player, actively participating and contributing toward achieving our mission successfully& amp nbsp Technical Skills and Expertise The candidate must possess solid experience in: How Microsoft client management works in a large and complex environment& amp nbsp Deploying PCs using MDT and SCCM Providing end user support and services in an enterprise environment Best practices for Apple OSX configuration, support, and application deployment& amp nbsp Integrating Apple OSX in a Microsoft enterprise environment, including Active Directory, SCCM, Parallels, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud Experience automating tasks and processes using shell scripting (Python, Bash, Swift, PowerShell, VB, etc.) Other areas that would be a plus o Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) Certification o Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions including Microsoft Intune and Airwatch Responsibilities : Support day-to-day operations within End User Hardware and OS area, including but not limited to: Recommending technologies, designs, and configurations to maximize functionality, security, and automation while minimizing cost Providing skills and expertise necessary to deliver service with minimal interruptions Providing Tier 2 and 3 support for issue resolution relevant to End User Hardware and OS area& amp nbsp Assist in expanding support for Native OSX within existing Microsoft-based enterprise client management environment by providing cross-platform expertise Assist in budget preparations (hardware and warranty refresh) Explore opportunities to further improve the service and stay on top of the ever-changing technology Evaluate new solutions that can help to optimize our environment Ensure smooth delivery of projects and implementations by offering client management expertise
