Job Description:Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with national sales manager. Meets budget in terms of volumes/ values/ profitability. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company s products. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. Collaborates with nsm to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. Holds regular meeting on sales/ collections / stocks / business development in his particular region of work. Ensures customer collections are done as per the contract Development of new accounts. Team building, development and coaching High level activities customer complaints, pricing, working capital , stocks management, recovery of old overdues.
