Job Description:The Operate Landscape Manager is end to end accountable for the operations of the landscapes and the delivery of the day-to-day application services according to the agreed Service Levels and/or Operate Level Agreements. They are the service integrator (end-to-end) to ensure applications landscapes remain compliant. The OLM drives Incident/Problem resolution by assisting in key operational activities in terms of delivery, fixes, and supportability with operations staff and/suppliers. They ensure regulatory and compliance controls are embedded in landscape operations and assist with evidence collection. The OLM assists with supportability and transition activities of enhancements and project solutions. This includes analyzing and understanding business functional and non-functional requirements for supportability impact, as well as assessing implications of landscape changes and reviewing for enhancement and continuous improvement opportunities. They also build knowledge of relevant information risks and regulatory requirements. End User Productivity OLMs must have deep expertise in at least one of the services within the portfolio and preferred familiarity in others. These services include, but are not limited to Workspace Services (e.g. Thick/thin client, DTAO), Front office productivity, O365, OS / Win10, Office 365 Services, Yammer, Version Control Board ownership & amp amp coordination, SCCM (clearinghouse for apps), Back office (e.g. SharePoint and Knowledge Management Services, Records Management, Unstructured Data), Collaboration & amp amp Mobility (e.g. Telephony, Conferencing, Digital signage. Eg: Skype, Lync, global mobility policy, MDM (push e-mail)) Accountabilities Drive Incident/Problem resolution by assisting in key operational activities in terms of delivery, fixes, and supportability with operations staff and/suppliers. Escalation point for operation-related issues. Ensure that end-to-end performance is monitored and maintained to high level of quality, standards, supportability and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and to propose and implement necessary Service Improvements. Responsible to ensure the Application portfolio is compliant with the relevant IT controls and information security standards & amp amp baselines. Ensure sign off readiness for bringing project developments successfully into operational support. Manage the demand, including financial impact, for Operate landscape, and as such for all the components in the landscape. Responsible to manage supplier contracts and ensure timely contract renewals (software licenses, support and maintenance services). Ensure new application services are written into Service Level Agreements and Service Catalogues in a consistent way Be responsible for the execution/deployment of releases and approval of changes. Support the Lead OLM to effectively represent the Operate organization to the Business Stakeholders, Business CIOs and other stakeholders. Promote Continuous Improvement culture within own scope of accountability (within Shell team and 3rd party suppliers) Dimensions and Special Challenges Supervising a small team of Operate Landscape Managers and managing their daily work. (no direct reports) Be responsible for operational delivery of the End User Productivity portfolio The landscapes are globally used and have a high level of integration.
