Job Description:Required Duties & amp amp Responsibilities to Achieve Jobs Purpose Financial Management Serves to manage the overall SBP budgeting to plan income and expenditures as well as control them Supervise the production and maintenance of budget plans for the SBP organization Serves as primary liaison with CT-wide CFO to drive financial standards and management Serves as an aggregation point to manage Finance and Resources at the SBP level In addition to accountability for the roll up of the entire SBP budget, this function will directly manage the SBP P& amp amp L budget including plan to actuals reporting and forecasting Works with the Technology Transformation Office/ CT to develop common standards for efficiency reporting and support SBP review and reporting Partners with Service Line Business Management and CFOs to develop approach to product and service level costing and revenue forecasting Liaises with Area, Region and Country leadership to provide details related to technology costing including increasing transparency of technology charges Supervise the analysis of current and anticipated projects to produce and maintain revenue forecasts Review the forecast and budget submissions for expenses and capital to ensure all procedures and activities comply with organization guidelines Responsible for analysis of costs and metrics that provide managerial insight into the strategy of the organization Supervise the analysis and ROI of the organization' s initiatives Review organizations expenses to understand variances, trends against the budget, and be prepared to review variances with leadership Resource Management:& amp nbsp Serves as an aggregated function for managing resources, like people, that might help to deliver an IT Service Develops and administrates standards for Resource Management across SBP functions Delivers operational support for day to day resource management needs on behalf of SBP PMO Supervise the support of maintaining and updating data in the RETAIN tool Supervise the assessment of requirements in terms of quantity (number of resources) and type of skills and experience needed Manage the evaluation of available resources in respect of skills and experience to staff into projects Review and generate suggestions based on the reports covering forecasted utilization, actual utilization, and projected number of resources Coordinate with Business Managers and other leaders as needed to review, recommend, and confirm resource assignments (this may include facilitation of resourcing meetings) Centrally manage the resources in SBP, including the handshake processes across the other parts of CT and three IT BUs People Leadership Manages Business Budgeting and Planning team of direct reports and individual contributors as well indirect reports across Service Lines within the Office of the TOs. Responsible for people development and engagement, objective setting, performance management, hiring, termination decisions, salary recommendations. Plans and manages initiatives, recurring processes and ensure delivery against function objectives. Direct reports assign and monitor work for completeness and quality, coach and provide guidance to individual contributors. Governs and controls the teams budgets inclusive of travel, education, purchased services, licensing etc. Other duties, as assigned.
