Job Description:Project Leader in Rural Business Division is of the level of PIC and in charge of all business, marketing and development activities under rural business division in the state. His job is to lead the planning and implementation of the project within his territory. Facilitate the Rural Business Officers, reporting to him, of definition of project scope, goals and responsibilities. Plan and schedule work and movement of RBOs (rural business officers), provide direction and support to the team. Track project deliverables like sales target, Haat participation, Market survey and ARD (authorized dealer appointment) etc. Present reports and manage project stage and changes with project progress, problems and solutions. He also needs to coordinate with location trade PICs, SAH, Service, Marketing and channel partners. JOB Requirements: -Must possess at least a Bachelors degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management desirable. -Preferably from present trade team and shall have worked with Fan / SM / Appliances trade sales vertical and in case of outside Usha shall have worked at least 3-5 years in electrical small appliances consumer durable company. -Operating knowledge of Computer and good in Word / Excel and e-mails. -Good project management skills and event management skills. -Exposure in small towns and rural area will be an added advantage. -12-15 days of travelling is required. -Good communication and presentation skills. -Strong Networking with channel partners and internal partners. -Shall lead from front for sales & amp amp channel point of view. -Maintain interface with trade FLSP & amp amp PIC of different product verticals. -To conduct monthly meeting, review and monthly planning. -Shall be responsible for high motivational levels in the team. -Should know local language and geographical area of his territory.
