Job Description:Coordination and Managing Sales Activities across Teams. Keeping Account of Stocks, Sales and brand movement at distributors warehouse Generating Manufacturing Orders and coordinating dispatches Customer Addition - Chemist and Doctors- and approval Daily reporting from Sales Head on team activities - visits, discussion and follow up Daily Tertiary reporting, collection and return closure. Weekly Stock Reconciliation with Distributors Weekly reporting on Budgets/ Target V/s Achievement and shortfall. Coordination with Distributors for - Goods Receipt, Clearance Certificate and Due Payments Report and review of Health indicators across team activities - Sale, Visits, Calls, Reporting DCR (Daily Call Report) analysis Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reconciliation of CRM activities against Tertiary sales and collections Report KPI for sales head on monthly basis Review and approve expense reports for field Staff. Review working deviations- Over due Invoicing, TP etc. Preparing and presenting sales achievements at Sales Review/ Cycle Meet.
