Job Description:Job Location: Bengaluru, Delhi Job Description: Knowledge of Solution selling approach. Adequate knowledge of Managed Hosted Services, Network Security, Data Center and Remote IT Infrastructure Management and related terms and technologies. Familiarity with IT Infrastructure markets and latest trends. Good experience on MS Office. Responsible for generating business from Named Accounts through Hunting & amp amp Farming. Identify opportunities propose solutions to Customers in consultations with the technical / operational teams. Build relationship with ' C' level / decision-makers at Clients site and potential customers. Responsible for generating business and penetration in virgin accounts. Increase ESDS wallet share in account. Handling escalations and problems. Experience in handling customer escalations and closing them in timely manner without escalating it further. Proper and timely reporting of the cases leads, opportunities and issues to reporting manager. Ability to drive the account and account related issues. (Flag bearer) Good communication with External and Internal teams. Self starter , Disciplined. Adherence to commitments. Ensure timely collections and follow up with customers. Keen to travel and work in a fast-paced environment & amp amp across teams. Prospecting for potential new clients in Enterprise/PSU Accounts in respective regions. Expected to Build strong relationships with Decision Makers/ CXO/ Sr. Mgmt. of Enterprise Accounts. Understanding and knowledge of RFI and RFP submissions. Must be technically sound to Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Call prospects as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Identify and prospect potential clients in Enterprise Accounts and Government/PSUs & amp amp manage relationship in order to generate business for ESDS. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and develop excellent rapport with customers. Research and build relationships with new clients. Set up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders/Principals and define agendas for discussion for most part of his/her day Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives and pitch them the right solution. Participate Attend industry functions, such as associations, events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Making calls/visiting customers within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust funnel for opportunities for ESDS Lines of Businesses. Develop strong client relations and maintaining corporate relations. Ensuring to meet an Individual Quarterly and Annual assigned goals for each line of business of ESDS from Ear-marked Accounts. Actively participate in discussing, probing and evaluating needs with Prospective customer and co-ordinate with Sales team for preparation and submission of proposal and closing of order Manage and review Contract documentation, Payment terms and collection of money from Customer for the invoices generated for services rendered. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators in Prospects in Key Accounts/ Clients. Follow Account Management process and regularly interact with customer for newer opportunities. Expertise in interacting with client to take their feedback, video testimonials, video interviews for business improvisation.
