Job Description:Who should Apply- - Experienced professional in Government Sales, who can generate Sales through Ministries, State Govt. departments/PSU or Central Ministries or other such procurement agencies of the government of India in the assigned territory. - Someone who has a high level of ambition and wants to give his 100% to achieve his/her goal. - Folks who love to travel and meet new people. Essential Duties & amp amp Responsibilities: - Revenue Generation from New Account - Engage in the consultative Business Development of CRM solution. - Perform detailed evaluation of client business environment including customer needs, capabilities/assets, and competitive realities to identify unique business opportunities and suggesting a solution. - Create relationships through networking, referrals, and proactive business development with target ministries, departments/PSU, and procurement agencies - Conduct primary market and customer research, and perform in-depth customer reviews to understand their business challenges, system requirements, and benefits achieved. - Evaluate market need for solutions required by customer, design and integrate those solutions offering in any business modeling. - Design and prepare new business plans, strategies for vertical/account to generate revenue. - Responsible for his/her vertical/accounts P& amp amp L. Knowledge & amp amp Skills required: - Understanding of various business models (Buyout, BOO, BOOT, Rate contracts, CAPEX/OPEX etc.) - Designing and preparation new business plans - Understanding of buying process cycle in government (State, Central, Ministries & amp amp PSU) - Developing relationships at CXO level of the customer organization. Education, Experience required: - Bachelor of Engineering / B.Tech (IT, Computer science, Electrical or electronics) Preferred - MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 B-Schools Preferred - 2-4 Years of experience in Consultative, IT Products, Solutions or Services selling experience etc in government departments/ schemes is required - Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition - Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term partners - Self-starter and extremely proactive with a strong work ethics - Collaborative team player with integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly
