Job Description:Role Description Planning and monitoring sales, business development for the branch & amp amp achieve pre agreed sales targets consistent with commercial strategy Handling the development and sustenance of corporate business and responsible for selling of all our services to large corporate houses.& amp nbsp Enhance companys relationship & amp amp engagement level with existing customers in an attempt to increase their current spend Proactively developing and communicating products and services to prospective clients Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials evaluating options and resolving internal priorities Close new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations& amp nbsp Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports on a periodic basis. Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, procedures and guidelines Competencies: Should have a PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Management& amp nbsp Must have at least 10 years of hard core corporate sales experience. with Car rental or Travel Management company Should necessarily possess communication and negotiation skills Have a background of car rental/automotive leasing Proven track record of business and revenue increase/improvements.& amp nbsp High level of negotiation and people skills Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing Experience: Must have worked in one of the reputed car rental company in a similar position with clear vision about job responsibilities. Should have experience of 10+ years in sales of car rental services.
