Job Description:Reports To : Sales Head Place of Posting - Pune, Gurgaon ( Delhi NCR) Responsibilities & amp amp Key Deliverables: Role: Responsible for achieving company sales targets for the region. Execute sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyse sales and marketing activity against goals. Primary Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new customers for product sales. - Manage the team of Sales Managers - Research and develop strategies and plans which help identify opportunities and new project development. - Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs and results. - Directly manage client accounts. - Participate in the development of new project proposals, - Execute short and long-range goals, objectives, policies. - Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company. - Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. - Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors. - Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations. - Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop 5 year plan, 10 year business plan for the company.
