Job Description:JD is given below for the position of Asst General Manager (Institutional Sales) for pan India. Key Desirables: 1.10-15 years experience in seed and its allied industry (Preferably from MNCs or large domestic Seed firms) 2.Should be any graduate and MBA 3.Good interpersonal and persuasive skills 4.Good written and oral communication skills The incumbent will report to VP (Sale & amp amp Marketing) and shall perform the following activities. Key Responsibility Areas: 1.To head Institutional Sales & amp amp Alliances for Nuziveedu Seeds (NSL) 2.Responsible for the overall business growth and development of Corporate/B2B Sales & amp amp Alliances to make it the most business generating arm of NSL 3.Maintain an aggressive contact plan with large corporate and agricultural institutions mapped to ensure sales of products and achievement of product level targets 4.Developing tie ups and strategic alliances with multiple brand partners for market expansion and business growth 5.Overseeing complete business operations nationally, forecasting business targets, with accountability of sales and profitability of the division 6.Market expansion, Identifying new avenues, product and service development, new client acquisition 7.Conceptualize, lead and execute a business plan, which provides end to end gifting and loyalty solutions to various corporate clients across the Nation 8.Key account Management by facilitating the client with most optimal product, services and solutions for consistent sales & amp amp revenue generation 9.Building & amp amp maintaining healthy business relations with Corporate, Institutional & amp amp B2B clients, maximizing customer satisfaction by meeting service & amp amp delivery norms 10.Coordinate with procurement team to ensure the product supplied to the customers in line with the specification given by them 11.Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, measuring partner performance against pre- established business metrics
