Managing team of 15 members to achieve Sales Targets. 5. Recruiting/ Training and appointing new Relationship Managers 6. Sales planning for the month/quarter/year as per organizations defined target 7. Cross selling of various products. 8. Planning marketing activities to generate business 9.
