Job Description:The position will be responsible managing and developing the assigned products, brands and sub brands. Major responsibilities are as follows: * Ensure the achievement of top line and bottom line targets for the assigned products, brands and sub brands within stipulated guidelines. * Responsible for Market and Consumer Research. * Monitor the Primary and Secondary Sales Movement of the products and implement remedial steps wherever required. * Analyse product movement data (ORG, IMRB, AC Nielsen etc.) and plan sales and marketing strategy accordingly. * POS Material Management Plan, Allocate, and ensure timely Distribution of POS materials across geographies. * Develop and expand the market share and increase business volume of the assigned products, brands and sub brands. * Responsible for in depth Sales Performance Analysis and provide sales support to the Sales Teams with ideas and data based inputs. * Play an active role in the identification and development of new products. * Responsible for Product Launches and activities ancillary to the launch. * Plan and execute the media activities of the assigned products, brands and sub brands within stipulated budget. * Conduct BTL activities including events, seminars, workshops, exhibitions and other trade and consumer centric brand promotional activities for the development of the brand in the identified geographies. * Vendor Management - Develop and manage vendors for the development of the business of the Company. * Conceptualize and conduct in store promotional activities in the Modern Trade and Key Outlet channels. * Maintaining records for Key Outlets and Loyalty Customer Programs for the products. * Responsible for trade and consumer engagement programs for the development of the Companys products - Conducting Trade Meets, including Distributor, Wholesaler, Retailer meets. * Responsible for Competitor Activity Tracking, including New Product Introductions, Trade Marketing Activities and Competitor Pricing on an on-going basis. * Setting up detailed SKU wise volume / value targets (upto Distributor level) for the assigned products and follow up thereon. * Responsible for Stock Analysis at Company level (Production Units and Warehouse) and at Trade level (Stockists and beyond) on an ongoing basis to ensure proper supplies and prevent losses due to Non Moving and Expired/unsold stocks. * Formulate product specific Incentive and Scheme Plans in consultation with sales for the development of the products, brands and sub brands. * Monitoring of top contributing business partners and towns. * Preparing, maintaining and analyzing MIS for the allocated products. * The job will entail travel for market visits, activities and surveys.
