Job Description:Service Delivery Manager (End User Computing & Mobility)As the Service Delivery Manager (Engineering) you will be part of our End User Computing & Mobility (EUCM) team with responsibility for delivering the major operational services to our internal customers. The role covers end to end service delivery and providing reports to EUCM management and other Service Management functions. As the Service Delivery Manager (Engineering) you will ensure that the agreed KPI s, service and operational levels with users and key stakeholders are met. You will strive to maintain and continually improve the quality of the services the EUCM teams are responsible for, by engaging with the appropriate business areas, IT operations global teams and country managers. Responsibilities , Partnering with EUCM functional leads/ managers, manage a team of technical desktop engineers in their daily activities , Assume responsibility for the delivery of world class engineering services provided by EUCM , Manage communications related to EUCM services within GIS and with users. , Contribute to the development of the service and its strategy by working closely with service owners, country managers, and business stakeholders , Maintain strong working relationships with key customer groups in order to assess user satisfaction levels and service performance , Using service metrics develop a service roadmap indicating short, medium and long term service developments and the associated benefits , Develop, publish and implement performance metrics, utilization trends, and service monitoring reports , Participate in and/ or lead cross-functional major incident escalations to minimize service disruption and ensure continuity of service , Demonstrate performance of the service against predefined metrics , Maintain an awareness of service trends and build this knowledge in to the service strategy. , Maintain technical knowledge associated with service to a degree appropriate for the assessment of technical proposals and monitoring of project deliverables.
