Profile : IT Sales Job Responsibilities:- Ensure that the BDM reach to the revenue/sales goals of the respective SBU (ITS). Prospect, develop, up-sell, cross-sell and generate new business opportunities with the assigned territory. Promote and engage in positioning the solutions with multiple contacts including C-Level contacts in the assigned accounts. Ensure that the BDM responds in a timely and complete manner to ongoing RFPs to achieve the quarterly targets Monitor all ongoing opportunities of self in the assigned territory and report progress of opportunities on a weekly basis. Build and maintain professional relationships with key personnel and maintain customer satisfaction at multiple levels. Identify and win new opportunities / customers through effective new business development. Coordinate the involvement of other company personnel, including Product Management, support, service, and management resources. Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis with the help of internal product teams review and customer visits. Liaise with key Principal contacts of OEMs. Identifying, pursuing, closing sales opportunities, including proposal creation and presentation Create service offering, Solutions and IPs considering the right Pyramid structure Own and execute plans to achieve order booking and revenue goals for his/her set of customers Strategic on Business trends & amp amp forecasts for our (IT) industry Estimate the project/solution development effort and resource requirements Provide a consultative approach to customer.
