Job Description:KEY RESULT AREAS 1. Sales & amp amp Marketing 2. Customer Care 3. Collections 4. Human Resource Management 5. Finance & amp amp Accounts 6. Administration & amp amp IT Sales & amp amp Marketing a)Sales: Ensure that the monthly revenue targets in all business segments for all countries are met through direct control of the sales team (field staff) and control of the relationship staff through the team. b)Responsible for laying down procedures and ensuring same are followed for QA generation, seminars and referrals. Plan and implement sales strategies for increasing reach and clientage. c)Ensure the monthly target of revenue generation is met through Referral Generation through the efforts of the field staff as per laid down nos. d)Responsible for preparing a schedule for conducting client meets and QA meets at regular intervals and adhering to the same. e)Marketing: i.Prepare a Sales & amp amp Marketing Plan and Budget and ensure its implementation. ii.Create a strong brand image and presence (for e.g. liasoning with organizations like professional associations, business associations, clubs etc.) iii.Ensure maintenance of electronic databases at the branch level for using the same as a marketing tool for business enhancement. f)Ensure timely submission of reports in proper formats as laid down by the management. g) Business Development: Provide support to the BD Team at HO to carry out research in order to initiate new avenues for business development including franchises. h)Responsible for providing all functional support to the local franchise operations. Customer Care: a)Assessment: Oversee the function of assessment and personally handle difficult cases in terms of assessment parameters and results. b) Case Filing: Ensure timely collection of documents by the responsible executives. c) Case Processing: Ensuring timely counselling is done through the standardised presentations at the stages of release of file number, interview kit, Medical Papers and Landing Papers. d) Settlement: Ensuring timely and adequate counselling at the release of Landing Papers, maintenance of updated information on assessment of qualifications and other settlement parameters and identification/ attendance of the clients for the ERC. e) Ensure distribution of duties amongst the relationship staff to make individuals accountable. f) Ensuring that the policy files on operations procedures are maintained and updated on a regular basis by the relationship staff. g)Ensuring that the displayed information in the branch is updated. Collections a)Ensure timely collection of payments due are made by the executives responsible for retaining the client. Human Resource Management a.Responsible to ensure target manpower is maintained in the branch. b.Ensure effective implementation of Policies and Procedures introduced/changed by Corporate HR. c.Constant training and development (marketing, customer care etc.) by conducting daily morning meetings wherein information sharing, training and updation is carried out along with sharing of experiences by field staff and relationship staff. Ensuring the branch staff has thorough knowledge of the 3 Bibles: The Introductory Manual to Canada, The Interview Preparation Manual and the Move Plan Booklet. d) Provide a congenial work atmosphere e) Ensure motivation through reward & amp amp recognition utilising innovative way. f)Ensure camaraderie and team spirit through effective conflict management, counseling and fairness. Finance & amp amp Accounts a) Ensure that expenditure does not exceed the budget. b) Accountable for all expenditure of the section. c) Ensure timely submission of specified reports at specified time intervals as per guidelines provided by the HO. General Administration & amp amp IT a)Ensure that infrastructure (including hardware, software, emails and peripherals i.e., b)printers/modems) is maintained or assistance is sought from Corporate Admin/IT for the same. c)Ensure that the clients visiting the branch are properly taken care of. d)Ensure that stationery and other requirements of the Branch staff are met effectively and in time. e)Ensure circulation of all notices/employee related communication through effective means (notice boards etc.) f)Ensuring that all staff is aware of all updations/deletions to the Company Website. g)Ensure maintenance of Public Relations h)Ensure maintenance of stock of the updated, latest collaterals and POPs, publications and forms with an appropriate validity. i)Ensure adequate arrangements for conducting Seminars, mini Seminars, QA sessions, exhibition presentations etc. as per SOPs laid down. j)Responsible for ensuring the timely submission of all reports for software updation as required k)Ensure decorum/cleanliness and discipline is maintained in the branch.
