Job Description:As business development (Sales) team you play a very important role towards the growth of the organization. -As part of this role you are responsible for acquiring customers, identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment solutions through financial planning. -Proactive measures to be implemented for getting a larger share of the investment portfolio. Generate high revenues for the organization through various channels. Key Performance Indicator -New Client Acquisition -Daily client visits to at least 3 new clients -Mapping local clients in the area -On-boarding least (3/4/5) clients with qualified accounts per month -Driving Sales and maintaining a high level of cross-sell & amp amp revenue generation -Equities & amp amp Currency, Commodities -Third party product Sales -Client Service and relationship management -Maintaining Customer Relationship -Tapping New Business Avenues -Portfolio Management -Sales Reporting to immediate manager on daily basis.
