Job Description:Job DescriptionWhat you will be working on: 1) Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts 2) Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base 3) Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships 4) Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives 5) Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations 6) Understand category-specific landscapes and trends Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts 7) Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients 8) Create and advertise weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and keep C-level executives apprised of the progress 9)Prepare sales reports and sign off on their accuracy before submitting them 10) Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors changes 11) Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connections 12) Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as our company grows What we are looking for: 1) Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets 2) Previous experience as a sales executive and sales manager 3) Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level 4) Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 5) Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services 6) Proven ability to position products against competitors 7) Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions 8) Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills 9) Excellent verbal and written communications skills
