Job Description:Key Responsibility Area - Develop and execute business plans for the company across India. - Establish and maintain a structured approach to secure business and drive team in his territory to achieve business objectives. - Identify and coordinate for cross selling opportunities across all the divisions and ensure profitability growth. - Establish, Lead and develop a team in the region which can ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery. - Regularly review the competitive scenario in the local market and identify areas for future growth. - Provide timely and accurate revenue and profitability forecasts to the management. - Maintain current knowledge of all aspects of the client' s business through constant updates and keeping abreast of industry developments. - Provide proper guidance and coaching of team members and maintain high degree of motivation. - Identify and nurture talent in the region and develop a strong succession. - Build a branch capable of operating independently through setting clear and measurable targets and appropriate level of empowerment. - Strategic planning for enhancing growth in business and profitability of the region, and market share. - Business planning, and achieving short term and long term strategic goals and business objectives and improvement agenda - preparation, implementation/ execution of plans to grow market share, business and profitability of the company in the region, and driving long-term agenda. Post Sales Account Management - Maintain close involvement in the client' s operations and address services issues along with branch team. - Further develop account relationships and additional revenue opportunities. - Timely escalation of any unresolved issues or risks before they materially impact the organization. - Ensure timely billing for the services rendered and collections of the dues.
