Job Description:T o help achieve targets through the team of ADMs & amp advisors.< br> Development of the sales network.< br> Assist TLs in checking sales/marketing strategies for the branch/city and recruit/induct ADM & amp Advisors.< br> Making joint sales call with ADM when required and develop/improve their selling skills/recruitment skills & amp development skills.< br> Provide leadership and management skill for the sales managers.< br> Establish and maintain high standards of sales quality, as measured by productivity, ethical sales practices, ensure customer satisfaction policy holders & amp advisors.< br> Responsible for recruitment of ADM and advisors to agreed profiles, sanctioned strength and within the stipulated time frame so as to achieve business plan targets for the branch.< br> Arrange/attend outdoor promotional events and seminars on recruitment, awareness, and customer events.< br> Monitor the performance of ADMs & amp their teams.< br> Weekly review with resp. managers are on track to achieve their goal sheets/meet expectations.< br> Ensure monthly reviews on minimum performance levels of ADM take corrective actions to ensure performance comes on track if behind.< br> Ensure that& nbsp weekly review meetings with their managers and advisors & amp hold monthly /preferably bi-monthly team meetings.< br> Liaise with successful advisors to motivate them for higher business.< br> Review & amp monitor the performance of all sales managers.< br> Coaching sales managers on management/sales skills.< br> Ensure adherence to SOPs & amp sales processes & amp instigate disciplinary action against those found breaching them.< br> Deal with and escalate compliance issues.< br> Share daily achievement reports< br> Develop and Implement operating plans for self & amp team so as to deliver sales targets< br> Maintain and Develop comprehensive knowledge of company products and propositions< br> Ensure that Best Practices are adopted and all team members operate to the highest professional standards< br> Obtain regular feedback for the channel and share feedback with TLs & amp Zonal Sales Head.< br> Assist TLs & amp Zonal Sales Head, in formulating sales achievement plan, as required.
