Job Description:We currently have an excellent opportunity for Order Management Specialist to join our team. Order Management Specialist: The Order Management Specialist has the responsibility to manage orders on a daily basis. They are the key link in communication with our customers for order/inventory queries. The individual works closely with all departments to ensure that every order is processed and delivered on time. A strong business acumen, basic accounting skills and the ability to reason through ever changing scenarios are necessities for this position. Taking the initiative, strong math skills, and the ability to anticipate problems before they happen are also essential for success in this position. The candidate must work well with a team of people who are committed to continuing the company' s high growth rate. Key Responsibilities: Enter and process all incoming orders -EDI, web portal based, e-mail Set up and document the order process for new customers Maintain the company' s order processing manual Manage company' s shipping vendors Complete daily inventory check to ensure order accuracy Send dealers and distributors daily or weekly inventory updates Work cross-functionally with other internal teams diagnosing order issues to ensure timely processing. Detailed communication with internal teams and clients to ensure clarity in addressing and resolving order issues. Quick resolution to client inquiries around pre-process issues, payment processing and return label generation. Analysis of large scale and one off problems with proper investigation for determining how to or who should fix said complications. Analyze and execute decisions regarding the best way to fulfill orders. Collaborate with others in Logistics to ensure fast processing of orders Communicate with internal and external sources to ensure effective order fulfillment Evaluate current processes and suggest any appropriate improvements to increase efficiency and better the customer experience Provide friendly & amp amp empathetic communication, primarily through email, to customers on status of orders and assist in problem solving to satisfy their order requirements Investigate processing as well as customer problems and provide strategic solutions Develop methods and reports to analyze business outcomes Process new orders from the clients. Based on category and inventory, manage the sourcing of those orders (internal fulfillment, supplier direct, or third party), manage changing orders when needed. Process all types of returns: General, defective, damaged. Ensure that processes are in place for timely warehouse feedback, including resolution and communication to the customer. Process customer credits and charge-backs keep customer complaints at zero and satisfaction at 100%. Address escalated complaints immediately. Manage the workflow of customer cancellations, ensuring they are addressed immediately. Process and handle freight issues, including freight and small parcel claims and bill of lading processing instructions to suppliers Desired Skills & amp amp Experience: The ideal candidate must thrive in a very fast-paced entrepreneurial culture by effectively managing the high volume of orders and returns, while at the same time rallying with the department to provide excellent customer service and care for each order. Comfortable in building and maintaining relationships across the company Able to drive forward multiple priorities simultaneously Proficient with MS Excel (V Lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas) Strong written and verbal communication skills Maintain strong relationships with vendor warehouses and team members Work timing Candidates are required to work in night shift and willing to commute on their own.
