Job Description:To be responsible for sales, transition and delivery projects. Graduates with at least 3 8 years experience in new customer acquisition for Non-Voice ITES and BPO services. Preferably with prior knowledge or exposure to any or all of the listed areas - Data Entry, Website Product Data Entry Support, XML Conversions, IPad and Kindle format data conversion, Web Research, or any other business process sales. International selling experience will be preferred. Excellent spoken and E-Mail communication skills. Good team player and able to manage all stakeholders to successfully close a deal as well as deliver to customer expectations. Should have been involved in the entire sales cycle from Prospecting, understanding customer requirements precisely, Solution presentation, Proposal writing including RFPs, Pricing up to sales closure. Key Account management of existing accounts. Have the zeal to achieve targets and go the extra mile to ensure deal closures and satisfied customers. Working knowledge of MS office packages Responsibilities To work in International time zones and International markets To achieve sales targets for new customer acquisition and revenues To handle customer enquiries and RFPs diligently and promptly so as to ensure higher deal closures To understand the scope of work and customer expectations precisely, so as to provide guidance to production teams for trials and estimations Deal structuring and pricing using the appropriate engagement models To be responsible for sales, transition and delivery of DM projects with the respective production teams. To ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. To be a quick learner and gain proficiency of the various services under DM To work well in a team environment to achieve the business objectives To learn to be a good communicator. Ability to articulate well using verbal and email communication. The candidate should be able to grow the DM services team and set a new benchmark up from the existing levels.
