Job Description:They need to fill the following position asap. Position : Customer Success Partner Education : Graduation + MBA ( Preferred but not mandatory ) Experience : 8 - 10 years of relevant corporate sales experience, preferably from a SaaS background. Location : Mumbai Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities & amp amp Desired Profile: 1. Candidate will engage with clients and individually manage a large volume portfolio of key customer accounts. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Drive account performance and achieve clients expectations. Works closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their processes and business challenges. Ensure successful implementation of project at every step. Identify and prioritizes accounts based on outstanding issues, growth opportunity, strategic value and renewal time-frame. Develop personalized strategy for each account that identifies their critical success factors. 2. Candidate should be a Team worker with ability to collaborate with internal and external teams for the best interest of the client. Passionate and go-getter attitude to ensure successful delivery. Extra-ordinary communication skills and can confidently build relationships with clients. Good leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams. Self motivated and self driven to achieve targets to ensure profitable sales volume. Strong technical background along with excellent analytical skills & amp amp problem solving skills is a must.
