Job Description:Dear Candidate, We are looking out for the position of Sr. Manager - Marketing with one of the reputed fine dine restaurant based out at Mumbai. 1.MarketingSeamless integration with Operations Regular conference calls, on important subjects: -Every new promotion starts with Ideation note to be circulated to all concerned -Organise a call for brainstorming and arriving at countdown list of activities to be done with person responsible and timelines -Follow it up with concept note, as first step of initiating any promotion Annual Marketing Plan Quarterly Marketing plans Product creation Product launches Brand tie-ups Event Management Advertising deals Barter associations Email Marketing Guest Comment card analysis Periodic photo-shoots 2.Public RelationsContent Creation for Press Release Coordination with the PR agency to ensure periodic coverage Coordination with operations on industry story quotes and recipes Entertaining of Media for PR barters Media meets for Principals or company news launches Media Gifting Coordination and closure on monthly PR plan over Marketing activities 3. Digital MarketingQuarterly online campaigns Coordination with agency on execution of campaigns Online ad campaigning Online reputation management Monthly Trend reports App development Emailer creation Cross online marketing with popular online properties 4. StrategyCRM loyalty programs Half yearly marketing plan plus presentation to all concerned (with budgeted spend) for each unit and at network level every March and every September Quarterly presentations of Marketing update to Hakkasan London Quarterly evaluation of design agency and if not found appropriate, replace with new agency Quarterly evaluation of PR agency and if not found appropriate, replace with new agency Quarterly evaluation of Digital agency and if not found appropriate, replace with new agency Appointment of network level brand building agencies Intelligent and thoughtful evaluation of tangible and intangible benefits of each promotion including incorporating learnings for improvisation and decision whether to discontinue it or repeat it for the next season Half yearly evaluation of marketing team, role and the organization chart Mentoring, coaching of team members for building their individual capabilities to enable their independent working and review of team work by periodic, structured interventions Network Wide Marketing Website Development and enhancement Marketing incentive programs Research/dipsticks 5. Launch PlanningPre and Post launch planning Strategic tie-ups for previews Corporate, socialite and media invites Photo-shoots Corporate tie-ups Party coordination Media entertainment and coordination Press Kit and Announcement release creation Mall Marketing Signage space closure 6. General Duties:- To understand completely & amp amp conform to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs. To give unconditional support to new openings for all RSC team members To report for duty punctually wearing appropriate attire To be fully conversant with the geographical layout of the operation To maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times Follow clean-as-you-go policy and keep work area clean at all times. To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with units, RSC and all other departments and suppliers To provide courteous, professional, attentive and efficient service at all times towards internal & amp amp external customers To attend and contribute to functional and inter-functional meetings and other related activities Be willing and open to transfer across companies / locations as per work exigencies Be open to cross functional training/movement at all times To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned Be fully conversant with our departmental / inter-departmental processes Quality checks, and Fire safety procedures JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & amp amp ABILITIES QUALIFICATION STANDARD Education: Minimum Graduation degree in any stream Experience: Experience of minimum 10-12 years in same field Rgds Prudential Team
