Post Sales:- Post Accusations, Admin work, Monitoring, Checking & amp amp Follow-up, Complete Documentation of the Customers, to Final Possession of the Flat or Commercial premises , Allotment Letter, Receipt, Agreement for Sale, Raising Demand Letter, Collection Of Outstanding Payment, Housing Loan Documentation, Interaction with different department for the need concerned, Handling complaints of the customers. To handle Cancellation of the Flat or commercial premises. To lead the sales team and sustain the sales business volumes and growth rates as per targets. Meeting prospective HNI clients (inbound & amp amp outbound) and achieving closure targets. Keeping abreast of market developments and competitor activities. Achieving the assigned targets on a monthly basis. Lead, build, and motivate the sales teams Participate with other senior managers, to establish sales and business strategy and objectives, in line with overall company objectives Responsible for defining and implementing a sales strategy for the organization Preparing marketing strategies like promotional campaigns, brochures, print media, web media, sponsoring programmers and events, press conferences Build strategic relationships & amp amp initiatives for new business development. Developing sales and marketing strategy for prelaunch, launch and post launch phases. Understanding market dynamics in the luxury offerings space including sales strategy, competition offerings and imparting training to my team with a view to improve their product knowledge and sales process flow. Relationship Management with existing clients Liasoning with internal departments for project and strategy build up and execution. Responsible for Channel Sales revenue and Market Development Visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities Developed various programs for channel partners to develop them as a self motivated partner. Lead enterprise-level sales opportunities and coordinate with alliances team for key accounts. Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Weekly Huddle for business review (SMs/BDMs Wise).
