Job Description:Our client is a MNC and famous in their product categories in India & amp amp Worldwide. They are looking for the right person for the mentioned position : Purpose of the position : The purpose of the role is to drive profitable growth in Company Healthcare customers, identify business opportunities, align the organization internally and implement the industry best practices Principal responsibilities : - Accountable for development of account level strategies for the Healthcare Business in Medical Gases and Medical Engineering domains - Maximising business performance of the Healthcare segment by leading the development and implementation of comprehensive customer plans, working with operations, distribution, and other relevant functions to minimise cost of delivery - Drive business development of Medical gases business in supply of I.P (Indian Pharmacopoeia) tested quality medical gases to patients - Develop therapeutic gases and devices opportunities in the market. Test launch the product after receiving all the statutory approvals and then develop GTM to scale up the business for feasibility in stipulated time period. - Venturing into new market segments, viz. Homecare for strategizing the new business vertical from an end-to - end perspective - Generating operating profits from the existing as also the new business segments - Facilitate - senior level- relationship building between the customer and company executives with - large corporate and Government - customers - Communicate strategic objectives of the customer plans to internal stakeholders and ensure tactical alignment - Lead or play a major role in setting up Healthcare specific filling sites at Tier 2 cities for compressed gases. - Engage with customers/partners for building strong network/relationship - Ensure business with compliance to country specific law/statutes /standards - Strengthen and build a strong HC team and retain good talent - New product application development and launches - Provide leadership for safety activities in tune with company safety norms - Work with marketing teams for implementation of various marketing strategic initiatives. Required key skills (functional/technical) : - In depth knowledge of Healthcare marketplace e.g. economic situation, customer requirements, technological developments, clinical therapies, patient pathways and opportunities to consume product / services therein,hospital revenue stream and opportunity to save cost / increase feasibility for the hospital. - Understands the key functional aspects of strategic customer development. - Strong and technical, clinical and commercial acumen. - Ability to manage the cultural aspects of a diverse team - Thorough knowledge of drivers of profit and loss within Healthcare business - Strong negotiation planning and implementation skills - Demonstrated ability to successfully develop networks - internal and external
